SA, Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre - Port Augusta 5700

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day-to-day pool operations within the facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Ensure water safety and public safety throughout pool facilities
- Maintain clean, safe pool environments and monitor patron activities
- Communicate effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs
- Provide friendly customer service and support to guests
- Operate within your scheduled hours, including weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OHS and public safety practices
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate




- Current Pool Operations Certificate (not essential but highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a comparable role is beneficial but not essential

Working dates
