Overview

Trade Counter Assistant (TH) - Wingfield. We are part of Reece Fire, a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with a global presence. This role supports engineers, project managers and tradespeople to access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, while helping keep the branch running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service and information about products
- Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintain a secure, organised, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
- Learn the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles

Qualifications

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, or within our broader network
