Job Title: Clinical Specialist – Joint Reconstruction (Perth, Western Australia)

Job Function: Customer Management – Technical Field Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a solution‑focused and results‑oriented Clinical Specialist to support surgical procedures across our Hip & Knee portfolios in Perth, working with the Joint Reconstruction team.

Responsibilities

- Provide in‑theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons.
- Deliver in‑servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
- Build strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff, and pass on leads to the Sales Team.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive product adoption, support product roll‑outs, demos, and evaluations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training and drive clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in a health‑related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, etc.).
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.




- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Self‑starter, results driven, solutions focused.
- Autonomous, team player, well organized with good time‑management skills.

Requirements

- All applicants must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid Driver Licence.
- Frequent travel to hospitals within Perth Metro required.
