Burger Urge is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers. We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Assistant Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. We don't want a clipboard manager - we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change.
The Role
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
