About the Role

Estia Health seeks an engaging, customer‑focused Aged Care Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for families considering residential Aged Care services. In this role you will welcome families, guide them through admission processes, and support prospective residents in experiencing our homes.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and skilled customer service to families in person, by phone or email.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, including record keeping and filing.
- Showcase our homes and services to potential residents and their families.
- Generate new referral sources through proactive cold calling and networking.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about Aged Care services, fees, and funding options.

Qualifications

- Track record of success in sales with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referrals.
- Knowledge of Aged Care services, fees and funding (preferred but not mandatory).




- Clear communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
