About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Officer / Advice Support to join a respected financial planning and accounting firm. This role is ideally suited to someone with administration experience who is looking to build a long-term career in financial planning.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider team, you will provide administration support, assist with client service, and develop your knowledge of the advice process. Financial planning experience is not essential as the focus is finding someone with the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting Financial Advisers with client service and administration
- Managing ongoing service agreements, fee disclosure statements, and client records
- Chasing reports, provider information, and required documentation
- Assisting with account updates, term deposits, and general administration
- Maintaining accurate client information within Xplan
- Supporting advisers and the wider financial planning team
- Building knowledge across the advice process with exposure to ROAs and SOAs over time

Skills & Experience

- Previous administration experience in any industry
- Genuine interest in developing a career in financial planning
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive,



reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Professional presentation and confidence dealing with people
- Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team setting
