We're looking for an energetic and hands‑on Site Manager to lead one of our premier retail fuel and convenience sites in Cairns. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy leading people, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of your site, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, maintain high operational standards, and achieve strong commercial results. At our Spence Street site, you will also oversee our 24 hour café and fresh food offering, ensuring customers enjoy quality food in a clean, welcoming workplace.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing team.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Driving sales across fuel, convenience and food categories.
- Managing rosters, labour, stock, costs and site profitability.
- Maintaining outstanding standards of presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.
- Creating a positive team culture where people feel supported, engaged and accountable.
- Building strong relationships within your local community while representing the Trinity Petroleum brand.





About you

You'll be a motivated leader who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front. You'll also have:

- Previous management or leadership experience in retail, convenience, hospitality, food service or fuel retail.
- A proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A commitment to safety, compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Food service experience (or a willingness to learn) will be highly regarded.
