Diageo Australia is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner Executive members across Commercial, Marketing and Finance from Sydney HQ. This senior role sits in the Extended Leadership Team and acts as second-in-command within People & Culture, guiding a ~200-person organization through a period of transition and growth.

You will own the people strategy and annual plan, lead talent and organisational design initiatives, and drive culture, capability and OE priorities with cross-functional CoEs.
