Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Team

ORS is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. This is an opportunity to work within a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, delivering high-quality, client‑centred services to participants aged 0–65 across a variety of settings.

About The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with a broad range of communication and swallowing needs. You will build meaningful, long‑term relationships with participants and play a key role in supporting their development and achieving their goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Conducting communication assessments
- Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
- Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
- Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
- Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence‑based interventions

You will provide services across multiple environments including homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain)
