About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise‑wide change initiatives within the Enterprise Customer & Operations team.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement change management strategies, plans and education programs.
- Assess change impacts, business readiness and plan to address gaps.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, manage change barriers and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Define training requirements, create training plans and engage SMEs or third parties.
- Ensure service level agreements and KPIs are maintained.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Model ASX values, break down silos and collaborate across teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Prepare executive and governance papers, briefings and updates.
- Support the Enterprise Enablement function and other activities as required.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification or training in change management, project management, communications, psychology or equivalent.
- Proven track record as a Senior Change Manager on complex change projects.




- Experience with data, regulatory or risk focused projects.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with business and project teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work at pace and build high‑trust relationships.
- Experience with mandated delivery frameworks and creativity within compliance.
- Proficient with Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA), Microsoft tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Legal authorization to work permanently in Australia.

Nice to Have

- Experience leading change in financial services.
- Experience analysing learning requirements and delivering training.
- Skills in creating audio and visual change management and training material.
- Experience on regulatory projects.
