Role Overview

At Estia Health, you will be part of a community dedicated to enriching the lives of older Australians. In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents so they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, enjoyable and diverse activities for residents.
- Provide personal care and emotional support to ensure residents feel valued, safe and socially connected.
- Provide aspects of direct care and learn residents’ personal interests to design tailored activities.
- Work scheduled shifts: Week1 – Tuesday2pm to 6pm; Week2 – Wednesday2pm to 6pm.

Qualifications

- Team player who brings energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoy themselves.




- Capable of passing required background checks and providing evidence of a current influenza vaccination during the influenza season.
