We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to find an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a high-performing AI Services team delivering enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions that are transforming the way the business operates.

About the Role

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions across multiple business functions. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate them into practical AI solutions, and deliver production-ready applications that create measurable value.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values practical outcomes, simplicity, strong engineering practices and responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy enterprise AI and machine learning solutions from discovery through to production.
- Build and deliver AI copilots, intelligent workflows, AI agents and document intelligence solutions.
- Develop solutions across Azure, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Databricks environments.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI agents and model evaluation techniques.
- Build production-ready AI services with monitoring, logging, evaluation, observability and cost optimisation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, platform teams and technology partners.
- Mentor engineers and contribute reusable frameworks, patterns and best practices.
- Ensure secure,



governed and supportable AI solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

About You

You are an experienced engineer who combines strong software engineering capability with practical AI delivery experience. You enjoy working directly with stakeholders and can communicate complex technical concepts in a way that drives business outcomes.

- Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning or data-intensive applications into production.
- Strong Python development skills with experience in testing, CI/CD, version control and software engineering best practices.
- Hands‑on experience building Generative AI solutions including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents
- Prompt Engineering
- LLM integrations
- Experience working across cloud platforms including Azure, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and/or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, monitoring and operational support.
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation and data quality.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading technical delivery.

Highly Regarded

- Enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI experience.
- Security controls including PII protection and AI guardrails.
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
- Experience working within large enterprise or complex environments.
