Audika Australia is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to maximise commercial impact across the designated Australian region. You will lead clinic teams (clinicians and CCOs) and partner with the training team to meet budgets, KPIs and growth, driving sales strategies and ATRT adoption.
You will ensure compliance with standards for direct reports, manage onboarding and continuous development, and oversee reporting, forecasting and market opportunities to expand regional market share.
