About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM / GRC Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade risk and compliance solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solution architecture
- Designing solutions across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Third‑Party Risk
- Facilitating workshops with executive and business stakeholders
- Developing implementation roadmaps and target‑state architectures
- Providing technical leadership across project teams and vendors
- Supporting governance, security and compliance frameworks
- Driving best‑practice ServiceNow architecture and delivery standards
The Successful Candidate
You will possess:
- Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
- Strong delivery experience across IRM, GRC or Risk & Compliance solutions
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- CIS‑RC certification highly regarded
- Excellent consultative and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within government, defence or regulated environments
- Robust understanding of enterprise architecture principles
