We're seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to support and enhance SAP Supply Chain solutions within a large manufacturing environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you'll provide functional support, deliver system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to Supply Chain projects across production, planning, inventory and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support across SAP PP, MM and QM.
- Analyse and resolve system issues and user requests.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Deliver system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce functional specifications and support testing activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to drive process and technology improvements.
- Support projects across planning, manufacturing and inventory management.

About You

- 8-10+ years' SAP experience across Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM) .




- Robust configuration, support and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Exposure to SAP IBP, APO or AI-enabled technologies will be highly regarded.
