Design & Engineering
CPP has the largest in‑house design and engineering team of any contractor in Australia, with over 190 specialists across Electrical Primary and Secondary, Civil, Structural, and SCADA disciplines. We provide end‑to‑end engineering solutions for high‑voltage infrastructure, including nationally significant transmission projects, HV substations, wind farms and battery storage systems that drive Australia’s renewable energy transition.

The Opportunity
Consolidated Power Projects is seeking an experienced Engineer – Secondary to join our growing Western Australia engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate technical designs for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems in the high‑voltage utility and renewable sectors
- Support field staff, customers and colleagues
- Produce accurate precision designs required for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems
- Deliver complex internal and external secondary system design projects
- Check secondary system design outputs for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects
- Experience in a similar role within energy/electrical utilities or renewable industries
- High‑level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
