Role Overview
Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
- Process customer transactions on the point‑of‑sale system
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
- Positive,
can‑do attitude to all areas of work
- Eye for detail, passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in‑store fulfillment
- Alignment with Seed Heritage values and desire to be part of the team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
Availability
Full availability throughout December 2025 to January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and public holidays. Work across multiple stores within the designated geographical area may be required.
