In This Role, You Will

- Deliver a warm, professional and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings
- Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front‑of‑house processes with accuracy and care
- Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion and efficiency
- Support building events, activations and community experience initiatives
- Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required
- Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities and security teams across the portfolio

About You

- A background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge or premium customer‑facing roles
- Polished,



warm and confident engaging with a wide range of people including senior stakeholders
- Organised and solutions‑focused with a calm head under pressure
- Comfortable using building systems, booking platforms and basic AV technology
- Looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments
