- Ability to understand and Debug ABAP codes
- Ability to map Business Requirement to the Technical Model
- ABAP User Exits and BADI Implementation
- SAP BO Analysis for Office 2.2 or higher
- Non-Technical Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on simultaneous assignments / complex projects.
- Consolidation and Planning Experience
- Solid solution architecture, business transformation, business process re-engineering expertise
- Ability to lead an Onsite/ Offshore team
- At least 10+ years of experience in BPC
- At least 2 SAP BPC / Integrated Planning E2E Implementations with 1 as a Solution Architect
