The ideal candidate
- Admitted Solicitor with 7+ years PQE, ideally with strong experience in investigations, regulatory law, or professional conduct matters.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a legal team, with a collaborative and hands‑on management style.
- Skilled in evidence gathering, legal analysis, and report preparation for high-level committees or tribunals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision and integrity.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive matters.
