We are looking for a Group Account Director to lead and grow new/existing pieces of business here at Akcelo. You will be responsible for owning relationships with our clients whilst also meeting and exceeding revenue and profit margins within the portfolio. You will be Akcelo’s most important partner and ensure all Akcelo’s outputs align with our clients business goals, deliver exceptional project management and represent Akcelo’s interests.

With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the Group Account Director includes:

- Accountability for all client relationships and portfolio success
- Building and growing new and existing client relationships
- Developing strategic client growth plans to exceed revenue targets and broaden service offering
- Preparing and presenting accurate client forecasts, and implementing the strategic client growth plans to meet and exceed these forecasts consistently
- Meeting C-Level clients regularly to develop and own the business relationship
- Motivating the Akcelo team around the clients business goals
- Being an advocate for the client inside the agency, in addition to ensuring alignment of the work with the clients goals




- Leading and overseeing Akcelo’s resources efficiently to ensure successful delivery of agency capability on every project
- Overseeing the delivery of all work and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment to timings, budget and revenue/profit requirements
- Actively seek new opportunities to provide additional services to clients where appropriate
- Mentoring and overseeing junior team members as required

- Demonstrated experience leading and running major client portfolios within an agency setting
