About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a proactive and driven sales professional. You'll take ownership of an existing portfolio of warm accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. What You'll Do

- Manage and grow an established customer base across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.
- Proactively identify and develop new business within the packaging and manufacturing sectors.




- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored product solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and customer records.
- Travel as required within your territory to maintain strong relationships.

What You'll Bring

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector.
- A stable career history and consistent track record of results.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence with reporting tools.
