Permanent, full‑time role based in Dandenong South, VIC supporting the maintenance and reliability of advanced automated logistics systems within a site‑based residential service environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive mechanical maintenance on automated logistics systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults across conveyors, cranes, robotic systems, and AGVs.
- Collaborate closely with onsite automation specialists and operators to maximise system uptime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and onsite maintenance processes.
- Support daily operational activities, including system flow control and general operator tasks when required.
- Actively uphold and promote a solid safety‑first culture across all activities.
Qualifications
- Trade‑based qualification with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working with industrial automation and an understanding of industrial controls (PLC, VFD, HMI exposure advantageous).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital maintenance systems.
- Physically fit,
able to work at heights, and adaptable to a rotating shift environment.
- Motivated, reliable team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required.
