About the Opportunity

Joining a highly respected Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, you'll work alongside recognised leaders advising an established employer client base on the full spectrum of employment, industrial relations and workplace safety matters. From strategic advisory work through to complex disputes, you'll enjoy exposure to challenging, high‑profile matters while receiving exceptional mentoring, genuine career progression and the autonomy to further develop your practice within a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

As a key member of the team, you'll work across a broad range of advisory and contentious matters, including:

- Advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, performance management and terminations
- Representing clients in disputes before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and relevant State tribunals
- Assisting with enterprise bargaining,



industrial strategy and union engagement
- Advising on workplace health and safety investigations, incident response and regulatory matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

- 5-7 years' PAE gained within a reputable employment and workplace relations practice (relevant in‑house experience will also be considered)
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- A genuine commitment to outstanding client service
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers, or a strong interest in developing others
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development
