The Prospect

In the role, you will provide quality and timely blasting services as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner‑operated St Ives Gold Mine.

Location & Work Hours

- Residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie area or FIFO from Perth
- St Ives Gold Mine, 8/6 roster
- Play a key role in delivering high‑quality blasting operations at a leading gold mine

Skills & Qualifications

- Current manual driver’s licence.
- Dangerous Goods Security Card & WA Shot Firer’s License is required.
- Experience in surface mining operations in a similar position.

About The Role

- Handle and use explosives safely and in compliance with legislation,



maintaining storage areas and conducting QA audits.
- Identify and report hazards, supporting a zero‑harm safety culture and ensuring environmental compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the mining team to achieve production goals efficiently and safely.
