It is your chance to make a real impact. As a Dealer Business Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind Mazda’s success in NSW. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Dealer Principals and leadership teams to boost performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your influence will span sales, service and parts – ensuring every dealership delivers the premium Mazda experience.

This role requires a full‑time, on‑site presence and visiting dealers, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute quarterly business plans for sales, service and parts to meet KPIs
- Analyse dealer performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support integration of Mazda standards and programmes across dealership operations
- Champion The Mazda Mindset and sustainability initiatives within the dealer network




- Report on dealer performance and present insights to the Mazda Executive Team

About You:

You’re a natural leader and relationship builder who thrives on achieving results. You love turning challenges into opportunities and have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have:

- A degree in business or a related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in business development or a similar role, ideally in automotive or retail
- Robust negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data, prioritise competing demands and deliver results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Outlook and Teams
