Draftsperson – Residential Builder | Wangara (North of the River)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join the team in a full‑time, permanent position based in Wangara (North of the River) . You will work closely with the internal team to produce full working drawings for new residential homes , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all documentation.

Key Requirements:





- Proven experience as a Draftsperson working directly for a residential builder
- Strong experience producing full working drawings for complete new homes (not just concepts or designs)
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Revit or AutoCAD experience will not be considered)
- Solid understanding of WA residential construction standards and processes
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Important:

To be considered, you must have worked on the main contractor side delivering full working drawings for new residential homes . Experience limited to cabinetry, subcontractors, architectural offices, or interior design studios is not suitable .
