Employment type: Permanent full time. Hybrid working.
Who we are:
Willow & Blake is a Melbourne-based creative branding agency, bringing brands to life all over the world.
We're a small team but a hungry one. We don’t come to work to do the bare minimum or churn out mediocre brands. We’re here to do good work, great work; work that we are proud of. We’re all ambitious and hardworking.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve built and scaled over $1 billion worth of consumer brands. Our specialty is in the beauty, health, fashion and wellness space. Alongside that, hospitality is fast becoming a key category for us.
In the last 12 months alone, we’ve:
- Rebranded Betts - a brand with over 133 years of heritage
- Rebranded Showpo - A $100M fashion brand
- Created iconic haircare brand Bouf from scratch
- Developed a national campaign for Moments condoms
- Developed a hush-hush identity for one of Australia’s biggest health brands
- Presented campaign ideas that made clients blush, laugh and cry (sometimes all at once)
We build brands as if they’re our own, from the strategy and story behind them to the words and visuals that make them real. We create brands that connect and campaigns that convert, bringing voice and visual identity together to tell stories that stick.
