- Processing payroll elements for international transfers and secondees in partnership with internal teams.
- Coordinating payroll reporting for internal and external audits.
- Supporting payroll system changes, documentation updates and improvement initiatives.
- Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient payroll operations.

- US and Australian payroll experience desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of relevant UK payroll, pension and benefits legislation, including HMRC requirements.

- High attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Enjoys working as part of a close‑knit team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
- Collaborative, reliable, and committed to team success.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced capability with payroll systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Oracle HCM and/or ADP is advantageous.
