Role – Digital Producer

Sydney

Key Responsibilities

- Hands on day to day authoring of content updates via Adobe Experience Manager CMS including using existing templates and components, static file management, and publishing activities ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with legal and brand requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables including defect management and seeking relevant approvals.
- Ensure all briefs and designs comply with legal and brand requirements.
- Managing end to end production, delivery and release management process including liaising with release management and testing teams supporting overnight releases across development and production environments.




- Assist Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers.
- Managing product catalogue feed into the CMS.
- Effectively analyse problems and provide innovative solutions in high pressure situations.

Experience and Qualifications

- Degree qualified (Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar.)
- Strong hands on CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager and Sales Force Commerce Cloud highly regarded).
- Experience working under Agile methodology.
- Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Collaborating in cross functional teams including liaising with UX, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with end to end digital releases across development and production environments

Good to have

- Exposure to Telco, IT, and a large/complex corporate workplace
- Knowledge and understanding of digital design and UX principles
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Personalisation and A/B Testing.
