With continued growth and expanding client demand, a newly created Senior Accountant position is now available.
About the Role
This role is designed for a Senior Accountant ready to accelerate into leadership rather than remain in a purely compliance-focused structure.
You will manage sophisticated client engagements, contribute to advisory discussions and work directly with Partners in a firm that has a clear progression framework with performance-based advancement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex compliance engagements across companies, trusts and high-net‑worth groups
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by junior staff
- Supporting tax planning and strategic advisory engagements
- Identifying risks and advisory opportunities within client portfolios
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with Managers and Partners on high-value work
You will gain exposure to large and complex clients with turnover exceeding $300m.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion
- Strong public practice experience in business services and tax
- Confident managing client relationships independently
- Technically capable with interest in advisory workClear communicator with commercial awareness
- Motivated to progress into Manager and Senior Manager roles
