Sons of Mary Brighton is seeking an experienced Breakfast chef to join its expanding team.
Candidates must have proven experience in high volume, rapid-paced Breakfast kitchens.
The passion to create quality food with flair and the willingness to work as a team is a must.
Applicants must be Cert IV qualified and have at least 3 years of experience.
Duties Include
- Preparation and service of Food
- Maintaining the standards of kitchen sanitation and hygiene
- Have a team-oriented work ethic
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Lead and develop junior staff
Full Time Salary Package of ($60k -$65K) depending on experience.
