Our Innisfail location in Queensland, Australia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. Full‑time; Salary $65,000 to $70,000 plus superannuation.

Role Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and training the food and beverage staff to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are served in a professional and timely manner, while also taking care of their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen,



and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, inventory management, and budgeting

Requirements:

- At least 12 months of prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proven ability to train and develop staff members
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
