What You’ll Do

As a Senior Vice President on the Performance Advisory team, you will lead complex, high‑stakes engagements that deliver rapid, tangible results across the value chain. You will diagnose critical challenges, shape data‑driven strategies, drive hands‑on implementation, mentor junior colleagues, act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, and contribute to practice development through thought leadership, client relationship building, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in a professional services firm environment preferred.
- Deep expertise in one or more industries/service areas such as Consumer Products and Retail, Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel and Leisure, Mining and Energy, Industrials and Operations,



or delivery experience relevant to your industry of expertise.
- Experience leading and managing complex work streams and projects.
- High energy, flexible, and adaptive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong financial modelling and implementation record.
- Excellent relationship management with c‑suite stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed.

Education Requirements

- Master’s degree and/or an MBA with a strong academic record.
- A degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering is preferable but not essential.
