We're looking for an experienced and motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team and help homeowners across Brisbane solve their shower and bathroom problems.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role. You'll spend most of your week driving between customers' homes across Brisbane, inspecting showers and bathrooms on site, identifying the underlying problem and recommending the right solution.

On average you'll attend 4-5 appointments per day. All appointments are generated and scheduled by our office team, so there is no cold calling or lead generation required.

You'll return to the office to prepare quotations, follow up outstanding opportunities and manage your pipeline.

Our head office is in Salisbury, and as part of our continued growth we're opening a Brisbane northside office. For this position we're particularly interested in candidates living on Brisbane's northside, as this will become your primary operating location in our newly acquired office space in Northgate.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend in-home appointments with customers throughout Brisbane.

- Inspect showers and bathrooms on site to identify the underlying problem.

- Recommend suitable repair and renovation solutions.

- Prepare accurate quotations using our quoting software.

- Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Manage your sales pipeline through timely follow-up of quotations.

- Achieve sales, revenue and conversion KPIs.

- Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors and the Operations Team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

- Assess and submit quote variations.





- Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve our sales processes and customer experience.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust and helping customers make informed decisions.

To be successful, you'll have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in face-to-face sales, where you were responsible for closing the sale yourself. In-home or on-site sales experience is highly regarded.

- Maturity and professionalism.

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Solid organisational and time management skills.

- A fantastic, friendly and driven attitude towards success.

- The ability to work independently while managing your own workload.

- Comfort selling face-to-face in customers' homes and bathrooms.

- Intermediate computer skills.

- A current Australian driver's licence.

Experience in bathroom renovations, construction, home improvements or a related industry is highly regarded, but not essential. We'll provide comprehensive training on our products, services and quoting systems.

- Total package of $90,000 – $105,000, including base, superannuation, fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card and phone.
