Multiple Roles Open - Seeking 2+ Electrical Site Supervisors & 1 Project Manager

Immediate Start | High-Rise Residential Projects in Epping & Wahroonga (Currently)

Energex Group is expanding and commencing two major high-rise residential projects in Epping, along with an additional high-rise project in Wahroonga. We are seeking experienced Electrical Site Supervisors and one Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.

These roles are suited to professionals who bring strong leadership, deep technical capability, and proven experience in high-density residential construction.

1. Electrical Site Supervisors (Multiple Positions)

Job description:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, manage installations, and ensure projects progress smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard. You will be based full-time on-site, working closely with the Project Manager and supported by our Enfield office team and Directors.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage electrical installations including rough-in/fit off, lighting, power distribution, switchgear, MSB/DB, access control, communications, and data systems.

- Oversee site operations for high-rise residential construction.

- Lead electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors to maintain safe, efficient, high-quality work.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily works with builders and internal teams.

- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain WHS compliance.

- Manage procurement, deliveries, and site materials.

- Track progress, variations, and deliverables using Simpro (or similar).

- Maintain accurate site documentation and assist with O&M; handover packages.

- Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

- Mentor apprentices and uphold company standards.

About You:

- NSW Electrical Licence + White Card (mandatory)

- High-rise residential experience (required)

- Minimum 2 years supervision or leading-hand experience





- Strong understanding of Australian Standards & WHS legislation

- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Proficient with job management software (Simpro desirable)

- Full working rights in Australia + driver’s licence

2. Electrical Project Manager (1 Position)

Job description:

The Project Manager will work across both the Epping and Wahroonga projects, splitting time between site visits and the Enfield office. You will oversee project planning, resourcing, scheduling, client liaison, compliance, and delivery from start to finish.

This role requires someone with strong high-rise residential and/or multi-unit development experience, excellent communication skills and ability to maintain services coordination, and the ability to balance big-picture oversight with detailed execution.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end electrical delivery for major high-rise residential and multi-unit projects.

- Develop and oversee project schedules, staging plans, procurement timelines, and scopes of work.

- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, electrical team, and our office team to maintain alignment across all phases.

- Review drawings, services layouts, and design changes, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation.

- Oversee quality control, compliance, and project documentation throughout projects.

- Prepare progress reports, variations, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support site teams, providing leadership,



problem-solving, and guidance where required.

- Uphold WHS standards and ensure safe work practices across all project stages.

- Track progress, variations, and deliverables using Simpro (or similar).

- Assist with O&M; handover packages.

About You:

- NSW Electrical Licence + White Card (mandatory)

- High-rise residential experience (required)

- Minimum 2 years project management or leading-hand experience

- Strong understanding of Australian Standards & WHS legislation

- Excellent planning, sequencing, and organisational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple project stages at once, with strong attention to detail.

- Confident communicator who can coordinate with site teams, clients, and suppliers.

- Experience with job management or project management software (Simpro Advantageous)
