Ozcare has a permanent full-time opportunity for a Scheduler based at our Emerald Aged Care at Home Branch.
Your Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the right care, at the right time, from the right people. You'll work closely with clients, carers, employees and branch management to coordinate service delivery and maintain efficient operations across our Community Care services.
Your tasks will include:
- Scheduling the provision of care services to clients
- Coordinating employee rosters and allocating staff to meet client needs
- Communicating service and roster changes to clients, carers and employees
- Ensuring timely implementation of recent client services
- Entering and maintaining accurate data to meet funding and reporting requirements
- Assisting with payroll and timekeeping processes
- Managing client service enquiries and responding to telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Contributing to workplace quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining confidentiality of client, employee and organisational information
Your Attributes

You will have:
- Experience in scheduling, rostering, administration or community care services
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and schedules
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and database systems
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of community care services or the aged care sector (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of AlayaCare (highly desirable)

What's On Offer?
- $43.47 - $45.51 per hour (dependent on experience) - ($85,896 - $89,927 p.a. equivalent FTE. Note only indicates the lowest and highest ends of the hourly rate / salary range)

What You'll Need
- Current Police Screening Certificate (valid within the past 3 years)
- Vaccination against Influenza and COVID-19 is strongly recommended
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (7:30am - 3:00pm)
