Paddington Prestige Smash Repairs is looking for an experienced Spray Painter Prepper & Buffer to join our professional paint team.
As a BMW & Lexus Certified Repairer and Prestige Preferred Repairer for NRMA, Allianz and AIOI, we repair some of Australia's finest vehicles to the highest manufacturer and insurer standards.

About the Role
As a key member of our paint department, you'll work closely with our painters and production team to ensure every repair leaves the workshop to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vehicles and panels for paint.
- Sanding, masking and priming.
- Buffing and polishing completed repairs.
- Completing final quality inspections.
- Assisting our spray painters to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint shop.
- Working collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver exceptional repairs.
