Maintenance Electrician - Solar Farm | New England, NSW

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a utility-scale solar farm in New England, NSW. This is a fantastic chance to build a long-term career within the renewable energy sector, working on a large-scale asset with stable hours, strong earning potential, and a supportive operational environment.

This role would suit an electrician with solar, industrial, or infrastructure experience, as well as those looking to transition into the growing renewables industry.

Details:

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
- $110,000 - $115,000 + super
- Stable, long-term opportunity within renewables
- Local candidates preferred

Role:

- Perform operations and maintenance activities across solar farm electrical systems
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out electrical repairs




- Support HV switching activities (where appropriately qualified)
- Assist with maintaining site reliability, safety, and compliance standards

About You:

- Fully Qualified Electrician (required)
- Experience within solar, industrial, mining, or large-scale infrastructure environments highly regarded
- HV Switching Ticket desirable
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Safety-focused, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider site team
