Job Description

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help identify and source the right parts while providing exceptional service and technical support.

You'll be working with a diverse range of customers including:

- Truck operators
- Transport companies
- Workshops
- Trade customers
- Fleet businesses
- Owner drivers

This role combines customer service, sales,



parts interpretation and branch support in a quick-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need years of Parts Interpreting experience.

We're keen to speak with people who have experience in:

- Parts Interpreting
- Automotive, truck or trailer workshops
- Mechanical trades
- Automotive retail
- Heavy vehicle industries
- Customer service and sales roles within trade environments

Most importantly, you'll enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a team that gets things done.
