About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Heavy Diesel Mechanic – Material Handling to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Monday to Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm), this role involves a mix of workshop and field service work across our hire fleet and customer equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of material handling and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, service and repair forklifts, container handlers, reach stackers and related equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
- Attend breakdowns and customer callouts
- Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
- Work closely with operations and parts teams
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:





- Relevant trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Current driver’s licence (MR preferred)
- Forklift licence (desirable or willingness to obtain)

Salary:

$85,000 – $110,000 per annum + super + company vehicle + fuel card
(Salary dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,400.00 – $110,000.00 per year
