We are looking for an experienced Trade Waiters for 'The Morrison' to work with an award winning team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

About the role

- Able to run a section and manage a high-volume restaurant
- Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
- Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
- Training and supervising junior staff.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing,



hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

About you

- Excellent presentation and professionalism
- Always in the detail with great communication skills
- Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
- Solid understanding of food and beverages
- Positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
- RSA Essential
- A relevant Diploma qualification or higher is highly desired
- At least 2 years relevant work experience at a managerial/supervising role is required.
