About The Role
Based in our Nowra clinic, you’ll manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, disability services and NDIS supports. We believe every clinician has unique strengths, so we’ll work with you to develop a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and career goals.
Your Caseload May Include
- Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- NDIS and disability support services
- Functional capacity improvement programs
- Neurological and physical disability rehabilitation
- Strength and conditioning programs
- Adult rehabilitation
- Paediatric exercise interventions
- Community and clinic‑based services
You Will
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programmes
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions that improve health, function and independence
- Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes
- Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements
About You
We’re looking for an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes and committed to ongoing professional growth.
Essential Requirements
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA
- Minimum 2 years’ NDIS experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
