Monday to Friday, this role will see you manage compliance across both sales and broader business operations. You will ensure adherence to AML/CTF obligations, Fair Trading requirements, privacy legislation and internal policies, while acting as the trusted go-to compliance officer for the team.
- Maintain registers and documentation for reporting
- Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and data protection
- Conduct file reviews and audits, and identify risks and solutions
- Ensure systems and technology meet regulatory requirements
- Deliver and coordinate compliance and training
- Support licensing, CPD, and regulatory requirements for all staff
- Provide regular legislative updates to the business
- Support staff with AML best practices and reporting

Experience required:
- Knowledge of sales, AML and privacy legislation
- Experience training staff is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Up to $120,000
- Monday to Friday

- CPD Training costs are covered annually
