About the role:
Ifyou have passion for maintaining properties & believe that placesprovide pleasant experiences to people, we have an excitingopportunity for you! The Property Supervisor is a unique role,providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staffworking within the Kepnock cluster.
The position is responsible for ensuring all applicablelegislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hocmaintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in apresentable condition. This role's responsibilities includeoverseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites,including a Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village and Home Caresite in the Bundaberg area and a School in Hervey Bay.
This position requires availability from late June2026.
What do you need for the role?
- Certification and/or significant experience in maintenance,carpentry/building, groundskeeping or trade-related fields
- Demonstrated leadership, time management, andproblem-solving skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in gardening and groundsmaintenance
- Knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance of smallmachinery and equipment
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Suitability for Working with Children card (Blue Card)
