New ZealandSubsidised private health cover*Birthday leaveWhat You’ll BringPrevious experience in a management role is essentialDemonstrated high level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance)Experience in Strata property management properties, holiday letting pools and care taking agreements will be highly regardedExperience with Hotel/Resort refurbishment highly regardedCurrent First Aid certificate and comprehensive understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handlingResults orientated, with strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and use initiativeEffective negotiation and problem solving skillsProven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with experience in Strata ownership operationsAbility to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periodsAbility to maintain accurate filing of all maintenance and service records and preparation of monthly reportsTrade qualification desirableCurrent drivers licenceWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
