Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Practice Lead to drive high-quality therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services in NSW. You will coach managers and frontline teams to embed evidence-based practice, strengthen capability, and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll guide practice using data and reflective tools while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
