TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide in office technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or required for dispatch activity. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, install and configure hardware/software, manage IMAC tasks, support Office 365, AV setups, inventory and documentation, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Flexibility for after-hours events when needed.
