What You’ll Be Doing

- Running end-to-end village operations (cleaning, housekeeping, catering)
- Leading daily pre-starts and driving a solid safety culture
- Managing large teams (50+ staff )
- Handling rostering, timesheets & workforce planning




- Overseeing stock control, ordering & cost management
- Maintaining high service standards for clients
- Using systems like INX / PeopleTray / Pronto
- Supporting team performance, training & development

What You’ll Bring

- Proven FIFO Village Manager experience (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with large teams
- Background in hospitality (Chef experience highly regarded )
- Solid understanding of remote camp operations
- Confident with reporting systems & admin tasks
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stock control, ordering & compliance

Requirements

- WA Driver’s Licence
- Approved Managers
- Australian working rights (Passport / Citizenship)
- National Police Clearance (within 4 months)

- Must be Perth-based
- Updated CV showing FIFO experience
