We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for a Rehab Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to join our growing Newcastle team on a full‑time basis. This role involves helping individuals recover from injury and return to work through a client‑centered approach focused on health and well‑being. Your caseload will include Workers Compensation, CTP, and WHS assessments.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver quality outcomes through care and collaboration.

Qualifications

- A university degree in Rehab Counselling or Psychology.
- ASORC accreditation (for Rehab Counsellors) or AHPRA registration (for Psychologists).
- Some experience in occupational rehabilitation or related clinical settings.
- Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
